REFUNDS

Meekful Makes prioritizes the best for all our customers and ensures they are happy with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if you are not happy with the product.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at meekfulmakes@gmail.com with a photo of the order that is damaged and we will refund you 100% and send you a new product.

 

RETURNS

At Meekful Makes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please reach out via email at meekfulmakes@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.

2. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

3. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges.

4. In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order. We will gladly replace or refund such items.
